What do I need to start?

Just reach out to our customer representatives. They will tell you everything you need to know. You could be online in three days.

How much does it cost?

Currently, we provide one Lameda instance for free for our pilot customers. In the future we will provide plans to subscribe to multiple Lameda instances depending on your number customer service agents.

What is one Lameda instance?

A Lameda instance is your personal AI assistant that can suggest the replies for one customer service agent in real-time 24/7. If your customer service agents work part-time, more than one of them can share a Lameda instance.

Will my data be sent to the U.S.?

The data is only processed in Switzerland and China. No data or messages are sent to the United States. You may request processing in one of the countries where we have data centers.

Can I host the data myself?

Our AI can be run on-premises for sensitive data. This causes additional costs. Please reach out to us for more details.

Can the AI run fully automatically?

At the moment we only offer hybrid usage of our AI publicly, i.e. your customer representative always has final approval over all messages. If your use case requires automated replies, please reach out to us to discuss it.
